Our Service Including
- Total of nine planning consultations (in person, video chats & via phone)
- Recommendation and arrangement of site visits for venues
- Venue contract negation and review (as needed)
- Vision and theme for event
- Contact vendors (for specialty rentals, lighting, floral concept & décor)
- Correspond with event venue(s) regarding setup arrangements
- Vendor referrals based on your budget, price negotiations, contracts reviews (unlimited)
- Confirmation of vendors and unlimited correspondence during the planning process
- Assist with event timelines for vendors and event party
- Assist with invitations design, program design, menu, and etc. (cost for materials not included)
- Assist with selection of wedding day attire and accessories
- Assist with final head count and banquet event order from venue
- Assist with hotel arrangements and group rates
- Assist with checklist of personal items needed for the event day
- Serve as liaison between you and the event day vendors to communicate your wishes
- Assist with event attires
- Distribute wedding accessories (i.e. programs, guestbook, toast glasses, favors, etc.)
- Distribute event flowers to event party and family
- Perform final inspection on seating placements, escort cards, décor and setup
- Direct ceremony (cue music, party entrance/exit, dances, cake cutting, toast, etc.)
- Coordinate reception activities
- Assist with distributing final payments to vendors (if needed)
- Coordinate tear-down and storage of all your event supplies at the end of the program
