Overview
Our version of the perfect “Day-of” collection. This collection only includes the event day for couples in need of a planner on site to keep their “Big Day” organized from start to finish so that they may relax and truly enjoy the beautiful day. We will begin assisting about two months prior to develop and finalized the details of the event.
Our Service Including
- Serve as liaison between you and the event day vendors to communicate your wishes
- Assist with event attires
- Distribute wedding accessories (i.e. programs, guestbook, toast glasses, favors, etc.)
- Distribute event flowers to event party and family
- Perform final inspection on seating placements, escort cards, décor and setup
- Direct ceremony (cue music, party entrance/exit, dances, cake cutting, toast, etc.)
- Coordinate reception activities
- Assist with distributing final payments to vendors (if needed)
- Coordinate tear-down and storage of all your event supplies at the end of the program
